One of the most helpful guiding principals I’ve encountered recently: The best time to plant a seed is twenty years ago. The second best time? Right now.
My writing journey began as a seed, planted during a summer job nearly twenty years ago. Life has meandered it’s path; some deviations defined by my own choices, and others by some forces beyond my control. From my past life, as an environmental consultant, I bring with me the scientist’s curiosity that sees patterns in every day occurrences, that seeks validation for those observations, and is drawn to explore ideas and imagine new worlds based on “What if…”.
